ASSOCIATION SERVICES
OUR STORY
Enriching Communities Through Expert Association Management
Association Services was established in the spring of 2000, originating from an accounting firm. With a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) among our ownership, the foundation of our first core value, Integrity, was firmly laid. Our initial endeavors revolved around assisting homeowner associations in the burgeoning eastern Pierce County. As the region experienced growth, so did our organization.
In 2003, Association Services joined the Washington Chapter of the Community Association Institute, marking the beginning of our journey towards acquiring knowledge and individual designations. By 2009, we had achieved the status of an Accredited Association Management Company, cementing Knowledge as our second core value. We came to realize that education holds equal importance for both Board of Directors and association members, underscoring our commitment to continuous learning.
Through our experiences in team management, Collaboration emerged as our third core value. Collaborating closely with our Boards, we operate as a cohesive unit to bring the Association's vision to life. We firmly believe that the collective effort yields superior results. This spirit of Collaboration has led us to embrace our company's guiding mantra, "We believe there is a better way."
